1. This offer must be booked by the mentioned date for stay from now to 31 July 2015.
2. This offer is available for all Sands Rewards LifeStyle members only, booking must be made by 21 years of age and above.
3. Rate is for up to 2 adults only (Children below the age of 12 will stay for free).
4. Offer is only valid for reservations made by the mentioned mode of booking only. Member must quote the offer code and membership number during reservation and offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5. Blackout dates apply. Promotional rooms and room types are subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
6. No name change is allowed on the reservation, reservation must be confirmed with a credit card.
7. Cancellation of and/or amendments to reservations must be made 48 hours (i.e. by 4pm Singapore time) prior to arrival date. The offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
8. Cancellation or amendment made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night's room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax).
9. In the event of no-show, a fee of one night's room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be incurred and assessed to your credit card provided at the time of reservation.
10. A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in. Member must also present membership card at check-in and check-out personally to enjoy the offer. Otherwise, the rate will revert to Best Available Rate of the day.
11. Destination Credits will be issued each date from check-in date and must be utilized by midnight of the issuance date. Destination Credits issued is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-reuseable, non-redeemable for cash value or room rate. Only applies for usage at RISE, RISE Lounge, Adrift, SweetSpot, The Chocolate Bar, CUT, db Bistro & Oyster Bar, Pizzeria Mozza, Osteria Mozza, Sky on 57, Waku Ghin, Atrium Shop and SkyPark Gift shops, SkyPark Box Office, Theater Box Office, ArtScience Museum Box Office, Sampan Rides, Skating Rink, Jin Shan, Beijing No.1, Hide Yamamoto, Carnivore, Yú Cuisine, HotPot Kingdom, Lacquer & Spa, Longchim, 9 Goubuli.
12. Complimentary city view upgrade applies for Deluxe to Orchid room types only.
13. Any extension of stay will be on guest own account on either the Best Available Rate or any other Packages offered by Marina Bay Sands.
14. Additional guests to be charged at a fee of S$100++ per night for Deluxe and Premier rooms; S$175++ per night for Suites.
15. All rooms and suite rates do not include child breakfast charge. Child breakfast charge is applicable for any child between 6-12 years old. Breakfast for children 5 years and under is free. Child breakfast is chargeable to guest account at walk-in price upon consumption.
16. In the event guest complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.

General

1. MBS is not responsible for (a) electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in an inability to redeem the offer, (b) theft or destruction of or unauthorised access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software failures of any kind, (c) lost or unavailable connections, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Marina Bay Sands, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the offer or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent an applicant’s ability to enjoy the offer
2. MBS reserves the right to refuse to issue the offer to applicant determined to be non-eligible.
3. By redeeming the offer, each applicant consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation by MBS.
4. The Offer Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of Sands Rewards LifeStyle Programme (“Other Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and the Other Terms, these terms prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency. Applicants agree to the Offer’s Terms and Conditions as well as the Other Terms. Applicants who fail to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions may have their offer forfeited.
5. MBS may revise, alter or delete any part of the offer and any Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. MBS reserves all rights in relation to the offer, including but not limited to the right to postpone, temporarily halt, or terminate it, or adjust the offer at its sole and absolute discretion.
7. MBS’ decision in all matters arising out of or in connection with the offer is final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
8. The Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions are only provided for reference. In the event of conflict between the Chinese and English version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
