The Personal Shopping team will reach out to you within three working days to confirm whether the session you have selected is available. Please note that the appointment is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

  1. Successful reservations of Personal Shopping sessions are subject to availability and Marina Bay Sands’ confirmation.
  2. Once a reservation is confirmed, any cancellation requests should be given with at least 3 working days’ notice.
  3. The specific programme for each Personal Shopping session shall be determined by Marina Bay Sands at Marina Bay Sands’ discretion.
  4. In the event of any dispute in relation to the Personal Shopping Service, Marina Bay Sands’ decision is final and binding on the patron.
  5. Patron agrees and understands that the services are provided in connection with the Personal Shopping Service session only. Any unrelated request will not be entertained.
